How to Register
- All participants must register online.
- All payments must be made via credit card. Credit card transaction will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc., the secretariat office.
- If you change your participation from on-demand to on-site, the difference in registration fee will be charged.
- If you change your participation from on-site to on-demand, the difference in registration fee will not be refunded.
- Students are required to submit their valid student ID to register as “Student”.
- The registration fee for members do not include their annual membership fee.

Conference Dinner

Venue: Swan & Japanese Garden, 1F, ICCK
*If it rains, it will be held at Swan & Sakura
Admission: JPY 10,000 per person (pre-registration required) *Limited Seating of 800 persons

Nursery Room
Those attending with children can use the nursery room that will be set up at the venue. Prior application is required for use. Further information, including how to apply, will be announced at a later date.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellation of the Registration fees.
