Abstract Submission

Abstracts for Symposiums and Poster Presentations must be submitted online. Please access the Abstract Submission System from the “Abstract Submission” button below.
You may access the Abstract Submission System from Wednesday, November 1, 2023. The Abstract Submission System is integrated with the Registration System.

Poster Presentation

• Poster presentation will be held on-site.
  Please put up your poster on the panel on the day of your presentation. Further details will be announced at a later date.
• You may apply for “pick-up to an oral presentation in symposiums”, if you would like to. The referees will evaluate each applicant based on the abstract submitted. The secretariat will notify the result to the applicant. Those selected can make a presentation in one of the symposiums. The referees will decide which symposium the applicant will participate in.
• Please complete your registration prior to abstract submission.
• Abstracts must be submitted by presenters/first author. The name of the person who submitted an abstract will be automatically marked as the presenter in the online abstracts.
• Only one abstract can be submitted per person as a presenter/first author, however their names could be included as co-authors of abstracts submitted by other participants.
• Invited speakers of Symposiums cannot submit an abstract for poster, however their names could be included as co-authors of abstracts submitted by other participants.
• Any submission, revision, replacement of abstract nor withdrawal are not acceptable after the deadline.
• The abstract book will be made available for downloading by all participants.
• The copyright belongs to the author.
• The IUPAB2024 waives the right to publish works related to academic results.
• Academic results presented at the IUPAB2024 will be published only in the abstract book used for academic discussions on the day of the meeting, and will not be made available for any secondary use or on the internet.

For Appointed Speakers of Symposium

• IUPAB2024 Secretariat Office will send you an ID and Password to login for Abstract Submission System in November
• After you login to the system, please check your profile and upload your photo for the website. If there are any mistakes in your profile, please correct them.
