Travel Grants for ICE / JES 2026

The ICE / JES 2026 conference offers travel grants to participants whose abstracts have received outstanding scores. Selection of grant winners will be done by the congress POC Chairs and ISE leadership.

Grant Details

Full Registration Fee

The grant covers the entire registration fee.

Travel Support

Additionally, recipients of the grant will receive Travel Support.

Maximum amounts of contribution for travel and accommodation are:

• Resident from Japan: up to USD 350
• Residents of Asian countries: up to USD 700
• Residents from the Middle East and Oceania: up to USD 1,500
• Residents of countries in Europe, Africa and the Americas: up to USD 2,000

Important Notice

To be considered for the Travel Grant, applicants must check the designated box in the abstract submission system.

The registration fee refund and the travel support will be sent to Travel Grant receivers by bank transfer after the end of the congress.

Grant Eligibility and Criteria

Priority is given to people residing in Low and Middle-Income countries as defined by the World Bank criteria.

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be within 10 years post-PhD or MD (early career).
• Be a member of a national society affiliated with ISE.

• Be the first author of the submitted abstract.
• Not have your attendance at ICE2026/JES2026 funded by industry or fully supported by another source of financial support.
• Not be a former recipient of the Travel Grant.
