- To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Japan Endocrine Society, the participation fee is subsidized for JES members. If you are a JES Member, you will be required to enter your Member ID during registration.
- Participation fee will be selected automatically according to your current country of residence, regardless of participation category. Low & Lower-middle-income countries are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low income and Lower-middle income economies; You can see this list here.
- This category includes Students (graduate and post-graduate) and trainees/fellows (junior and senior, residents, PhD and clinical trainees). MDs, practicing physicians, consultants and specialists are not eligible for this rate.
Student and Trainees/Fellows need to upload a proof of their status (Student ID, an official letter signed by the Head of Department of your Academic institution, Hospital or company, etc.) during registration. - Registered accompanying persons (family members only) have access to the Opening and Closing ceremony, the Welcome Reception and the Exhibitions. The application for an accompanying person has to be made during your own registration, and requires an additional fee of JPY 20,000 per additional family members. You can register up to 5 participants. Please note that registration is not necessary if your accompanying person do not plan to participate in any of the above events.
Participation fees include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Invitation to the Opening Ceremony, the Welcome Reception and the Closing Ceremony
- Entrance to the Exhibition
- Coffee break and refreshments
- Conference materials (congress bag, pocket program…)
- Certificate of attendance (can be downloaded from your My Page account after the conference)
- *Please note that there are no registration categories for ICE2026 only or JES2026 only.
- *No video-on-demand will be available for this congress.

Registration Confirmation
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of the registration. You can edit your contact information by logging into your My Page account at any time within the registration period.
Cancellation Policy
In the case your abstract is not accepted, you will be eligible for a refund of your registration fee. Non-acceptance of an abstract is the only reason a refund request will be honored.
Important Notes
- All cut-off dates are based on Japan Time (GMT+9).
- Registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. If you plan to submit an abstract, please complete your registration first.
- Please be aware that fee changes may occur depending on the situation.
- No CME credits will be offered for this congress.

VISA application information might be founded from your local travel agent, local Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General Office of Japan.
JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc., the official travel agent for ICE/JES2026, can issue VISA supporting documents for your VISA application in your country.
Please note that to obtain VISA supporting documents:
- You must be registered for the congress.
- Your congress registration receipt must be available for upload.
- Your itinerary (flight and accommodation details) must be finalized at the time of application.
- Payment of the document preparation fee (JPY 24,000-/per set), must be completed.
VISA applications can be submitted until April 30, 2026, 23:59 (Japan Time). Once payment for the document preparation fee has been confirmed, the preparation of the VISA documents will begin.

Stamp Rally
You can obtain a stamp rally card and collect stamps by visiting the exhibition booths.
Those who complete the stamp collection will receive a commemorative gift each day, also on a first-come, first-served basis. Please enjoy exploring the exhibition booths while participating.
