1. Registration

2) Registration Fees

Students are required to show their student ID.
International students are required to show certifications which heads of their institutions issue.
Simulated Patients are required to provide the name of organization they belong to.
Without student IDs or certifications, participants are asked to pay regular registration fee (Individual Member, Non-member or Institutional member).

• Venue: ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama hotel, 3F, OHTORI, 2-3 Ote-Machi Toyama, 16
• Participation Fee: JPY 7,000 for early registration, JPY 10,000 on the day

• The on-site participation fee must be paid in cash only.
• On-site tickets can be purchased at the General Registration Desk.

6) Proceedings

1. A printed booklet will not be issued. The PDF file of proceedings will be made available on the conference website.
2. JSME members will receive the PDF file of proceedings viewing password from the society office.
3. Participants who have completed registration will receive the PDF file of proceedings viewing password from the congress secretariat.

2. Co-sponsored Seminars (Sponsored Seminars / Corporate Presentations)

Please be advised that complimentary lunch boxes will not be provided at the Corporate Presentations (July 31) or the Sponsored Seminars (August 1) held during the lunch period of this congress.

Lunch boxes for participants may be purchased in advance via the personal registration page (“My Page”) after completing congress registration. Participants who purchase a lunch box are requested to consume it in the seminar room for which they have registered. Lunch boxes will not be available for purchase on-site.

Please note that eating during the congress is permitted only in the designated seminar rooms. Participants are kindly requested to refrain from eating in any other areas.

Participants may also register to attend the seminars without purchasing a lunch box. As seating capacity is limited, advance registration via “My Page” is required.

Participants who have purchased a lunch box, as well as those who have registered in advance for seminar attendance only, will be given priority admission to the seminar room.

All meals during the congress, including lunch boxes purchased independently by participants, may only be consumed in the designated seminar rooms. Eating in any other areas is not permitted.

On-site registration for seminar attendance may be accepted only if seats remain available.

Please note that changes to registration details, cancellations, or lunch box purchases after the application deadline cannot be accommodated.

Lunch Box Pick-up
For participants who purchase a lunch box, a lunch box exchange voucher will be printed on their name card. Please bring your name card and present the voucher at the seminar room for which you have registered during the designated collection time indicated on the voucher.

• Please note that lunch boxes cannot be provided if the exchange voucher is lost.
• Lunch boxes must be collected within the designated collection period. Any lunch boxes not collected within the specified time will be handled appropriately by the congress secretariat.

3. Exhibition

Cosponsoring companies will exhibit their latest equipment and machineries in the Exhibition Hall
(Toyama International Conference Center, 3th Floor, Foyer). We welcome many people to visit the exhibition.

4. Cloak

The cloakroom located at Toyama International Conference Center. Please note that PCs and valuables cannot be accepted.

5. Childcare Information

Childcare services will be available during the conference. Advance application is required.

6. Photography

Photographic, video or sound recording is prohibited without the permission of the presenter.
Coverage for PR activities or magazines is allowed only with prior permission from the secretariat.

7. Mobile phone use

Be sure to set your mobile phone to silent mode in lecture rooms.
For other electronic devices (PCs, tablets, and other devices) adjust their display brightness and set them to mute.

• Considering temperature and electric power condition. we promote “Cool Biz” style. We recommend that all participants dress casually, with no tie and no jacket. All of our staff from the host university and from the meeting secretariat will dress in Cool Biz style as well.
