発表データ作成要領（一般演題）
Instruction for preparing presentation data (Oral and Poster Abstract)
*English version follows the below.
一般演題（口演・ポスター）は WEB 視聴サイトでのオンデマンド配信（11 月 21 日［日］～ 12 月 20 日［月］）となります。発表者はあらかじめ期日までに、登録システム（アップロードシステム）より発表データを登録してください。

2021年10月8日（金）～ 10 月 29 日（金）正午
発表データ形式
【一般演題（口演）の発表データ】
形式：8 分以内の音声付動画ファイル（mp4 形式）
- フォントはOSに標準搭載されているものを使用してください。
- 下記要領に沿って利益相反開示のスライドを含めてください。
- 音声付動画ファイルの作成につきましては、以下のマニュアルをご参照ください。
【一般演題（ポスター）の発表データ】
形式：A0 サイズ（幅 84.1cm×高さ 118.9cm）1 枚の PDF ファイル
もしくはパワーポイントスライド（16:9）20 枚以下の PDF ファイル
- フォントはOSに標準搭載されているものを使用してください。
- 下記要領に沿って利益相反開示のスライドを含めてください。
利益相反（COI）開示スライド
本学会では、利益相反規定に基づき、学術集会における発表に際してCOIの自己申告が義務付けられています。口演発表では発表スライド２枚目に、ポスター発表ではポスター内に発表者の利益相反の自己申告をお願いいたします。

システムにログインするためのIDおよびパスワードはメールにてお知らせいたします。
オンデマンド配信時の質疑応答について
参加者からの質問は、WEB視聴サイト内の質問入力フォームよりオンデマンド配信期間中（11 月 21 日［日］～ 12 月 20 日［月］）受け付けます。回答については発表者に一任いたしますので、必要に応じて質問入力フォームよりご回答ください。
All the general abstracts (Oral or Poster Abstract) will be available on-demand on the conference platform from November 21 (Sun.) to December 20 (Mon.), 2021.
Please upload the presentation file for all the accepted abstracts on our uploading system by deadline.

Data Format
Oral abstract
File Format: pre-recorded movie file up to 8 mins (mp4 format)
- Please use system standard fonts.
- Please include the statement about disclosure of conflict of interest in the second slide.
- Detailed information for preparing a movie file is described below.
Poster abstract
File Format: PDF file consisting of single sheet (portrait style [84.1 cm x 118.9 cm],
or 20 sheets or less as PowerPoint slides (16:9)
- Please use system standard fonts.
- Please include the statement about disclosure of conflict of interest.
Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI)
Disclosure of conflict of interest (COI) is required for all the presentation.

ID and password for login have been sent to you by e-mail.
Online discussion in on-demand session
Questions from online participants can be posted using the question form on the conference platform on November 21 - December 20 for on-demand sessions. Please make a response to posted questions by yourself on the question form.
