Pre-Registration is available only through the Online Registration System.

We welcome all interested individuals to register and submit abstracts.
For participation in the 6th International Nursing Research Conference of WANS, membership is not required.
*WANS does not consist of individual members.

Those who made pre-registration will be notified how to receive the name badge on-site in the middle of February by secretariat.
BAR CODE data is requied to receiving name badge, so bring it with printed.

Payment of the registration fee should be made by credit card.
VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DINERS or JCB is accepted.

Cancellations

Cancellation must be notified to the Conference Secretariat by email.
All refunds will be made after the conference.

Cancellation from November 21 (Thu) to December 20 (Fri), 2019 50 % Refund
Cancellation after December 20 (Fri), 2019 No Refund

VISA Application

Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals in their countries. Consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether a visa is required. It could sometimes take more than a month to obtain a visa. For general information on visas, visit the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs website at: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/

The Secretariat can issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents upon request to those who need a visa. In order to issue an invitation letter, participants must complete the registration beforehand.

Please contact the Secretariat by e-mail if you request the necessary documents at 6wans@c-linkage.co.jp.

Notes:

  • A letter of invitation and necessary documents for VISA will be issued after registration and payment are completed.
  • The letter and documents for VISA application does not provide any financial support.
  • The fee for issuance of the documents (JPY 10,000) will be covered by participants.
    Our official travel agency will contact you about the issuance process and its payment.
  • Contact the Secretariat to make it in time for your application and by December 20 at the latest.

When you completed your registration on-line, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered E-mail address. The message includes your Registration ID. Please keep it until the end of the conference.

第6回世界看護科学学会学術集会（The 6th WANS）に参加するにあたり、会員資格は不要です。
（WANSに個人会員はございません）

やむを得ず参加登録を取り消しされる場合には、運営事務局までメールにてご連絡ください。

2019年11月21日（木）から12月20日（金）まで 50％返金
2019年12月21日（土）以降 100％（返金なし）
