Call for Abstract

Abstract Submission

2 Presentation format

Conference presentations are posters only.



3 Submission method

We will only accept online submissions.

 
3.1  
3.2   Your abstract make follow the instructions in the template.
3.3  
3.4   On the day of the deadline, access to the site will be concentrated and the lines will be congested, which is expected to cause difficulties in abstract submission. We recommend that you register as early as possible to avoid the last-minute deadline.
3.5   After submitting your abstract, your registration details will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive it, please contact the management office.
3.6   You can modify your registration details.
3.7   If you have any other questions, please contact the secretariat.


4 Instruction for abstract submission

 
4.1   Title of Abstract
Title of abstract given in up to Two Rows of text for A4paper (Arial 18pt, bold, aligned centralized)
4.2   Authors information
author’s first and last name (Arial 12pt, bold. Mark affiliations starting from 1 using superscripted letters. Underline the presenting author’s name.)
Author’s affiliation (Arial 12pt in italics. The affiliations are given as department and institution names with city)
4.3   Main text
Times New Roman/Times font (or equivalent) in the size of 12 pt. Abstract is limited to 300words for presentation. Please don’t forget describing the ethical considerations in the text.


5 Ethical considerations for the subject of the presentation

For animal experiments, the content must be approved by the ethics committee of the facility where the experiment was conducted.
For presentations involving human subjects, please follow the ethical rules of the institution, and if necessary, apply for ethics, obtain its approval, and obtain informed consent.



6 Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest (COI)

In order to ensure neutrality and transparency in the presentation of research results carried out with scientific and ethical integrity, we have decided to require all presenters to disclose their Conflict of Interest (COI).
