第42回日本血栓止血学会学術集会／臨床研究からのメッセージ

参加登録/Registration

第42回⽇本⾎栓⽌⾎学会学術集会では、従来の集合型開催に代えて、指定演題の講演動画（講演スライドのパワーポイントに⾳声を録⾳したスライドショーファイル）を配信し、Web開催といたします。

（配信は2020年7月1日（水）～7月31日（金）まで）

参加登録していただいた方は、講演のWeb配信（オンデマンド）をご視聴いただけます。

参加登録にて、認定医制度の業績として、参加業績、発表者、教育講演視聴、司会、座長（抄録集があるため）の業績が付与されます。

さらに第14回SSCの教育講演も配信予定しており、その視聴業績も付与されます。

※一部セッションにおいては、ライブ配信（一回のみ）も予定しております。

At the JSTH 2020 congress, instead of the conventional meeting, lecture videos (video files with narration recorded at the Power Point of the lecture slide) will be distributed on this website.

(Streaming Period: July 1 (Wed.) – July 31 (Fri.) 5 pm, 2020 *JST)

Those who have registered to the JSTH 2020 congress can watch the lecture videos (on demand).

※Live streaming also is planned for some sessions.

  • ※日本血栓止血学会の会員には学会事務局より送付いたします。非会員で購入を希望される場合は、参加登録時にご購入ください。

  • ※冊子の抄録集とは別に、電子抄録アプリを参加登録者へ公開いたします。（抄録集購入有無にかかわらず/6月中旬頃予定）

  • ※The abstract book will be sent for the JSTH Members. Non-JSTH Members who wish to get the abstract book, please purchase when register.

  • ※The electronic abstract application (App) will be made available to registered participants with or without purchase.

登録後の取消ならびに払戻はできません。予めご了承ください。

Payment of the registration fee should be made by credit card or bank transfer.

No refund will be made after you complete your registration and payment.

  • 登録画面よりカード情報をご入力の上ご登録いただきますと、参加費が自動的に決済されます。
  • 登録完了後、ご登録いただきましたメールアドレスに参加登録完了メールが届きます。
  • カード決済の完了をもって、参加登録が完了となります。

【銀行振込/Bank Transfer (*Resident in Japan Only)】

  • 参加登録申込後、ご登録いただきましたメールアドレスに参加登録受付メールが配信されます。内容をご確認の上、期日までにお振込みください。

    1) 振込先：　メールに記載の銀行口座

    2) 振込名義：参加登録ID＋参加者氏名

    3) 振込期限：2020年7月20日（月）

  • 振込手数料はご負担ください。
  • 入金が確認された時点で、参加登録が完了となります。
  • オンライン登録のみで、期日までの入金が確認できない場合、参加登録は取消となります。

  • All remittance processing fees should be paid by the remitter.
  • Registration is not completed without payment. Your registration will be cancelled if the payment is not confirmed by the due date.

参加証（兼領収書）の送付について/Name Badge and Receipt

  • 参加登録を完了された方には、「参加証（兼領収書）」をご登録の住所へ送付いたします。
  • 紛失による参加証・領収書の再発行はいたしませんので、ご注意ください。
  • Your name badge and receipt will be sent to the registered mailing address.
  • Name badges and receipts will not be re-issued.
