Payment Methods

Payment should be made in Japanese yen.

Fees should be paid by the credit card:
• The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB
• If the payment gets declined, please contact your local credit card company first before contacting the Secretariat.
• All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration form and acknowledgment of your payment, the secretariat will send a Confirmation by e-mail containing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on-site to receive congress materials.
