General submission guidelines

  • Presentations must be delivered in English.
  • All submissions will be reviewed by the meeting committee.
  • The submitted abstract can be modified by the due date of the submission.

    Please select a general topic from the following:

    • Hip
    • Spine
    • Foot & Ankle
    • Tumor
    • Hand & Elbow
    • Pediatric Orthopaedics
    • Trauma
  • Presentation title
    The presentation title is limited to 150 characters.
    *A title containing more than the maximum number of characters cannot be registered.
  • Abstract body
    The maximum word count is 430, excluding title and author names.
    Confirmation of the abstract submission will be sent to the abstract registrant by e-mail.
    *An abstract containing more than the maximum number of words cannot be registered.
  • Authors' name and affiliations
    Applicants are required to provide name(s) and affiliations of the author and co-authors, if applicable.
  • COI submission
    COI for all authors should be reported by the main author of the abstract at the time of abstract submission.
    COI should be reported on slide at the presentation.
  • Registration confirmation and modification
    After completing your registration, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail. The automated reply email may not be received by free emails (especially Gmail), and thus, when you submitted your abstract, you may try to avoid the use of the free email.
    To modify your submission, please access to the “modification, Cancellation” link which is listed on the automated reply email.
