Presentation Language and Time

• Presentation time:
  • Symposium: Presentation（12 minutes）＋Q&A (3 minutes)
  • Free Paper: Presentation（6 minutes）＋Q&A (2 minutes)
• “Reserved Seats” will be prepared in the session room for the speakers.
  Please arrive at the session room 10 minutes before the session starts.
• The chairs will manage the session schedule strictly.
  Please keep your presentations within the time limit to prevent delays in the session time.

Presentation Material

Please follow the instructions below to prepare your presentation.

• We recommend the screen ratio of 16:9 for your PPT.
• Prepare slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Please use all fonts supported in MS Office.
• Please include the slide which discloses COI in your presentation.
• If your presentation (PPT) file contains a video or an audio file, you must bring the file in the same folder in a compressed form to PC Preview Desk to test if the files work correctly.
• You must use a USB memory stick to bring your presentation (PPT) file and check if the file has been correctly copied at the PC Preview Desk.

PC Preview Desk

• Please arrive at the PC Preview Desk (Preview Room) at least 1 hour before the session starts. If your presentation (PPT) file contains a video or an audio file, please arrive at the PC Preview Desk 2 hours before the session starts to check if your presentation (PPT) file works correctly.
• Please inform us If you need to use your own notebook PC or a Mac due to an unavoidable reason.
• If you plan to convert your presentation (PPT) file from Mac to PC platform, you must review the presentation (PPT) file at the PC Preview Desk.

Equipment

• We prepare a computer (Windows only, NO Mac), a monitor, a mouse, a Laser pointer and a wired microphone will be placed on the podium in the session room.
