*1: For nurse, clinical laboratory technician, radiology technician, clinical engineer, pharmacist etc.
*2: Postgraduate students are not included. Junior Residents and students should upload a certificate or ID showing you are currently a junior resident who is in the internship (2 years period) after graduation from medical school ( Template: Certificate of Junior Resident ) or a student (Student ID) on the registration system.
How to Register
- Please access the registration page by clicking the “Register Here” button below.
- If this is your first time using the system, please click “Create a New Account.”
- If you already have an account, please click “Login.”
- After logging in, please proceed with your registration by clicking “Registration / Payment” in My Page.
- Select your registration category, upload any required certificate(s) if applicable, and click “Next.”
- Then select your preferred payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or convenience store payment) and complete the registration process.
Payment Information
- If you select credit card payment, you will be directed to the payment screen immediately to complete your transaction.
- During the early registration period, the following payment methods are available:
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Convenience Store Payment
If you choose bank transfer or convenience store payment, please complete your payment by 23:59 (JST), Monday, June 29, 2026.
Receipt and On-site Participation QR Code
Once payment has been completed, you will be able to issue your CVIT 2026 receipt from My Page.
On the day of the meeting, please present your on-site participation QR code at the registration desk.
The QR code may be presented on the screen of your smartphone or other mobile device, or you may bring a printed copy if preferred.
The on-site participation QR code will be available for display and download from My Page in early July 2026.
