The conference will be held on-site only.
Online registration is mandatory to attend this conference.

* A reception desk will be available on the day of the conference; however, we will not accept cash payments on-site. All registrations must be completed online. We recommend registering in advance to avoid potential delays at the reception desk.

* The fee applies to Poster Presenters who will be presenting exclusively at APPLE 2025.
Receipt / Certificate of Participation
Upon completing your registration, you will receive a "Registration Completion Email". This email will contain a link to download your receipt and certificate of participation. The certificate of participation will be available for download from Friday, July 11th, the day of the event.
Online Registration Procedure
- Click the registration button at the bottom of this page to proceed.
- Enter the required information on the registration screen.
- After completing the form, verify the details displayed on the confirmation screen.
- If everything is correct, proceed to the Card Information Entry Screen.
- Upon successful registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your registration details.
Important: The "Registration Completion Email" is your proof of registration, so please keep it safe and present it at the reception on the day of the event.
Registration for APPLEACADEMY will be available via your My Page after you have completed your registration for APPLE 2025.

Payment Method: Credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club)
Note: We do not accept registration via telephone, fax, or email
Cancellation / Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations once registration is complete, regardless of the reason.
Please ensure that all registration steps are completed by July 11, 2025, to avoid any issues on the day of the event.
