Please find the details of your presentation using your six-digit Abstract ID Number.

Online Pre-registration Required

All presenting (first) authors must complete online pre-registration before poster presentation.

If you are unable to attend, kindly let us know by Thursday, June 26, so we can withdraw your abstract.
If we do not hear from you by that date, your abstract will be included in the abstract book.

Important Notes regarding Oral and Poster Presentations

Presentation format:

All presentations will be conducted on-site.

Time Allotted for Presentations

  1. Oral Presenters
    All oral presenters are required to be seated in the Next Speaker’s seat at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation time.
  2. Poster Presenters
    All poster presenters must be present and standing by their posters no later than 15:55 on July 12, 2025 (i.e., 5 minutes before the session begins).

    Since this is a free walk session, you are welcome to move freely between the posters. However, we kindly ask that you make sure to attend to all of your accepted abstracts.

Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure

To ensure ethical standards and transparency in collaborative research between academia and industry, all presenters must disclose any conflicts of interest (COI).

  • Oral presenters: Include the COI disclosure as the second slide in your presentation.
  • Poster presenters: Include the COI disclosure in the bottom right corner of your poster.
  • Download the official COI template here.
  • Presentations without COI disclosure will not be accepted.

Additional Guidelines

Oral Presentations

  • Only digital (PC-based) presentations are allowed.
  • No limit on the number of slides, but presentations must stay within the time limits.
  • Avoid using logos of for-profit companies or commercial products.
  • Data Submission:
    • If using Windows, bring your presentation data on a USB or your own laptop.
    • If using a Mac, you must bring your own laptop.
    • Submit and test your presentation at the PC Preview Center at least 30 minutes before your session starts.
    • Data may be submitted before your presentation day.
  • Use the keyboard or mouse on the podium to advance your slides during the presentation.

Poster Presentations

  • Poster board size: 90 cm (W) × 210 cm (H)
  • Recommended poster size: 85 cm (W) × 185 cm (H)
    (Note: Posters in landscape format or larger than the board will not be accepted.)
  • Posters must be legible from a distance of 1–2 meters.
  • Ensure the title, author name(s), and affiliation(s) appear clearly at the top.
  • Content should follow the structure of your submitted abstract.
  • Do not include logos of for-profit companies or products.
  • Posters must be mounted on the numbered board assigned to you.
  • Posters must be brought onsite; shipping is not supported, and the organizing committee and congress secretariat are not responsible for loss or damage.
  • Presenters are responsible for both the setup and the removal of their posters.
  • Handouts are encouraged for attendees who wish to take home more information.
