The conference will be held in person. Live streaming and on-demand of the conference will NOT be available.

All registrations for AOMC-JMS 2024 must be submitted through the online registration system. If you have any problems during the online registration process, please contact AOMC-JMS 2024 Registration Support Center support@gakkai.online.

Registration Cancellations

No refunds are available for cancellations of participation.

Visa Information

If you are a national of certain countries, you may be asked to obtain a VISA to enter Japan.

You may also get information from your local travel agent, and your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General Office of Japan.

If you need a VISA, the organizer of AOMC-JMS 2024 will prepare the necessary documents for your application on the condition that the registration fee is fully paid.

Once your registration fee is paid in full, you may request your VISA application documents.

Step1	User Registration （Sign Up）
Step2	Login to “My Page”
Step3	Select “Qualification and Payment” button. Choose the type of participation and proceed to payment.
