Registration is scheduled to open at the beginning of February, 2026.

Visa Information

Please be informed that the JUA2026 is able to issue official visa-supporting documents solely for invited guests and designated presenters.

Registration Fee (for Overseas Participants)

*1 This registration fee applies only to participants residing outside of Japan whose abstracts have been accepted and who will be presenting at JUA2026. Participants who are not presenters, such as co-authors, are not eligible for this fee.

*2 Students in this category must submit a letter from their study supervisor/supervising professor confirming their student status or a copy of their Student ID to confirm their undergraduate status at the time of registration. Please note that graduate students are NOT considered part of this category.

The events below are open to all registered congress participants. There is no entrance fee. We are looking forward to your participation!
