Visa Information

Please note that we are unable to issue visa support documents for participation in this meeting.

Participants are kindly requested to make the necessary arrangements using a tourist visa.

Registration Fee (for Overseas Participants)

*1 This registration fee applies only to participants residing outside of Japan whose abstracts have been accepted and who will be presenting at JUA2026. Participants who are not presenters, such as co-authors, are not eligible for this fee.

*2 Students in this category must submit a letter from their study supervisor/supervising professor confirming their student status or a copy of their Student ID to confirm their undergraduate status at the time of registration. Please note that graduate students are NOT considered part of this category.

The events below are open to all registered congress participants. There is no entrance fee. We are looking forward to your participation!

Confirmation

Registration is considered complete upon successful payment of the registration fee. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive the email within 12 hours, please check your junk mail folder first, and then contact the Registration Support Desk via email, which is listed at the bottom of this page.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided for cancellations.

• Registration procedures differ depending on whether or not you will be presenting an abstract. Please be sure to review the information below before completing your registration.
  (Advance registration by telephone, fax, or e-mail is not accepted.)
• Changes to your registration details and the issuance of receipts can be made through the Participant My Page after completing your registration and payment.

For Abstract Presenters

An email containing your “Registration Invitation Code” has been sent in advance to eligible presenters.

Please enter the “Invitation Code” and “Password” provided in the notification email at the registration login page, and click the “Log in and Proceed to Registration” button.

From the next page, please enter your registration details.

For Non-Abstract Presenters

If you are not an abstract presenter, please click the “Proceed to Registration” button on the registration page and enter the required registration information.
