Students are required to show their student ID.
International students are required to show certifications which heads of their institutions issue.
Simulated Patients are required to provide the name of organization they belong to.
Without student IDs or certifications, participants are asked to pay regular registration fee (Early
Bird: JPY 12,000, Regular Registration: JPY 15,000).
Registration fees paid are non-refundable.
Registration fee for participants from overseas can only be paid by credit card via the system, or by cash at the venue.
 
 

Reception Fees

 
Presenting first authors who participate from overseas are waived both welcome reception fee and get together party fee.
For other participants from overseas, please apply for the receptions onsite and pay the reception fees by cash.
