Application Guidelines for “Awards for Academic Excellence”

The 55th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Medical Education will offer the "Awards for Academic Excellence" to the best presentations among the free papers.
The preliminary selection will be conducted through a peer-review of abstracts applying for the awards. The abstracts that pass the preliminary selection are to be presented at the "Awards for Academic Excellence Session" during the conference for the final selection.
The abstracts that do not pass the preliminary selection will be reviewed in the same way as other free papers to determine acceptance or rejection and presentation format.
There will be two types of “Awards for Academic Excellence”. The requirements for each award are different, so please carefully check the requirements before application. Only one presentation can be submitted to the Awards for Academic Excellence as the first author.
