Registration
If you wish to submit an abstract, you must complete congress registration and payment of the registration fee in advance.
Please review the registration procedures below and complete the necessary steps before submitting your abstract.
The 100th Annual Congress of the Japan Endocrine Society will be held locally and on-demand.
There will be no real-time LIVE streaming during the on-site meeting.
On-site: April 15 (Thu) – 17 (Sat), 2027
On-demand streaming: Japanese only (schedule to be announced)
All registrations for the JES2027 must be submitted through the online registration system.
Registrations by telephone or email will not be accepted.

NOTES
- Please note that all cut-off dates are based on Japan Time (GMT+9).
- All fees are quoted in JPY per person.
- Payment method: Credit card payment only (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DINERS, JCB)
- Please note that no refunds will be permitted at any time.
*Please upload a copy of your Student Identity Card.
Registration Confirmation
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of the registration. You can edit your contact information by logging into your My Page account at any time within the registration period.
Payment Procedure
Only Payments made by Card are accepted.
Please note that the transaction will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc.
If registering during the event dates, please pay before arriving at the venue.
Your registration will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration.

Registration ID and Password
Upon successful completion of your credit card payment, your registration ID and password will be sent to you by email.

Please log in to the “JES2027 Participant's My Page” above and issue it yourself.
Your registration ID and password are required to access your My Page.
Changing your Information
You can revise or change your registration information and participation method (in-person/online) from your My Page (see below).
If you plan to attend in person, please bring the latest QR code obtained after making any changes to the venue.
Please note that your e-mail address, registration category, and registration fee cannot be revised or changed.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we are unable to cancel registrations that have already been paid for or duplicate registrations, or to provide refunds. Additionally, please exercise care as we are also unable to process changes that would result in a change in fees that have already been paid.

The personal information you give us will never be disclosed to any third party without your permission. However we may use some of your registered data such as registration category, gender, age, and area of expertise for registration trend and view tendency analysis. Result of analysis may be disclosed to third parties as non-personally identifiable information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
How to Attend on the Day
Please log in to the “JES2027 Participant's My Page” above, print your Name card (Certificate of Attendance), and bring it with you to the venue.
Name badge（Certificate of Attendance） holders will be provided at the venue.

Registration Cancellations
No refunds are available for cancellations of participation.
