Online Registration
The 85th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Cancer Association will be held on-site, and recorded sessions will be made available through on-demand streaming after the meeting. As all participants are required to register online, please complete your registration prior to your arrival at the venue.

| Eligibility | Early-career researchers engaged in cancer research, primarily graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and assistant professors.
Registration for the 85th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Cancer Association is required. Applicants will be asked to describe their research experience and their motivation for participating as part of the registration process. |

The participation fee is subject to Japanese consumption tax (tax included; 10% tax rate). If the number of applications exceeds the available capacity, participants will be selected by the Congress Secretariat based on the information provided in their application. Applicants who are not selected will receive a full refund of the participation fee (JPY 8,000). Please note that the participation fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the applicant for personal reasons. |
| Overview | This retreat-style academic networking event is designed for young researchers and healthcare professionals who will lead the future of cancer research and cancer care. Held on the day prior to the Annual Meeting, the program offers opportunities to learn about the latest research advances and trends while fostering interaction across disciplines and generations. Through these exchanges, participants can build new professional networks and generate innovative research ideas and collaborative projects. We hope that this initiative will contribute to the continued advancement of cancer research and cancer care in Japan. |

Luncheon Seminar Pre-registration
Pre-registration Period：July 8, 2026 - July 27, 2026 23:59 JST
Registration will close once all seats have been filled.
Please apply for Luncheon Seminar tickets in advance through your personal page on the Annual Meeting registration system. Your selected seminar ticket(s) will be printed on your name badge. Advance participant registration is required before applying for Luncheon Seminars. Please complete your meeting registration first.
If seats remain available, same-day tickets will be distributed on-site.

Please note that tickets are not required for seminars other than Luncheon Seminars.
Participants may attend these sessions directly at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to proceed with the registration

- Membership numbers are necessary for the registration for JCA members. If you need to confirm your membership number,please search at
- If you wish to register as a graduate or undergraduate student, please upload the image data (pdf、jpg、JPEG、png) of your student ID when you make the online procedure.
- Receipts can be obtained from your My Page account after the payment has been completed. Access information for My Page is provided in the automatic confirmation email sent upon completion of your registration. Please note that the issuance deadline is Friday, November 6, 2026. We kindly ask you to download and keep your receipt safely.
Payment method and Cancel Policy
- We only accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club). We cannot accept any payment method other than online credit card payment.
- Please note that the credit card transaction will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc., and not under the name of the Association.
- Please note that we will not accept any cancellations. Registration fee will not be refundable under any circumstances.
- The registration system supports both Japanese and English. To switch to English, select "English" from the "Language" option on the right side of the screen.
Name Badges and Certificates of Participation
For On-site Participants
Name Badges will be issued at the venue on the day of the event.
Please log in to your My Page account, download the QR code for issuing your participation certificate, and print it or present it on your smartphone (or any other device) at the registration desk.
The QR code for issuing participation certificates will be available for download from around early September.
For Online Participants
Participation certificates can be downloaded from your My Page starting from the on-demand streaming start date.
The issuance deadline is Friday, November 6, 2026.
