Pre-recorded video of your presentation will be delivered on time.
Presentation and Q&A will be partly on live.

Please record your narration in PowerPoint's "Record Slideshow" and export it to mp4.

For Presenters in Japan
- ○配信について
- ・ライブ配信は、Zoomウェビナーを使用いたします。
- ・原則として、ご講演は、ご自身で講演スライドを画面共有し、ライブ講演をおこなっていただきます。
- ・セッション開始の40分前に、Zoom上で接続確認、事前打ち合わせ等をおこないます。
- ・ライブ配信は収録し、後日オンデマンド配信いたします。
- ・セッションごとの詳細につきましては、別途運営事務局よりメールにてご案内いたします。
- ○発表データ作成について（画面共有でのご講演）
- ・スライドのサイズは「16：9」を推奨いたします。（「4：3」でも投影可）
- ・Windows標準搭載のフォントをご使用ください。それ以外は文字や段落のズレ等正確に表示されないことがございます。
- ・Zoomでは、一般的なネット配信と比較し転送情報量が1/3程度まで落ちることが多く、スライド内に埋め込んだ画像や動画に、コマ送りのような症状が出たり、画質が粗くなったりする場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
- ・Microsoft PowerPointに標準搭載のアニメーションは使用可能です。ただし、Zoomの特性上、スライドショーでのアニメーションや画面切替のフェード効果につきましては、処理に負荷が掛かる関係上、コマ落ちが顕著に表れることがございます。極力、使用をお控えいただきますようお願いいたします。
