How to Register

  • Standard Registration starts: 1 (Thu), August, 2024 -

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1　Click the “Go to Online Registration” button

Step 2　Please register your e-mail address from "Sign up".

Step 3　Click on the link provided in the email address sent to you and enter your personal information.

Step 4　After logging in, select "Registration and Payment" on My Page to proceed.

Step 5　Please select your participation category and payment method.

Step 6　Check your email for payment confirmation (Successfully completed)

* Your registration will be successfully completed after payment.

VISA INFORMATION

  • Please note that we do not provide support for issuing documents for short-term business visas.
    For most people who need an entry visa to attend the meeting, a tourist visa will probably be sufficient.
    You can confirm your visa requirement on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website under the "Visa Application Procedures" or contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan near your residence for further information or advice.
