GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Language：English
  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to review procedures.
  • Abstracts must be submitted exclusively using this platform. Abstracts submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts received after the deadline, will not be considered.
  • Please make sure that you receive the e-mail confirmation after making your submission (please also check your spam or junk folder). If you do not receive the acknowledgment of receipt, kindly inform the conference secretariat immediately to pr_tri2024@c-linkage.co.jp
  • There is no limit on the number of abstracts submitted by an author, but the same study cannot be submitted twice, even under a different topic/category or with a different title or authors.

INFORMATION REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A SUBMISSION

Language English
Main Author Individual who is submitting the abstract.
All correspondence will be done with the main author.
Authors/Affiliations Maximum 15 members / 15 affiliations
Title Each word should begin with a capital letter with the exception of transition words. 40 words maximum
Abstract Body 600 words maximum, separated into:
Background/Methods/Results/Conclusion/Reference(optional)

NOTIFICATION OF ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE

  • Notification of acceptance will be made by the secretariat via e-mail by August, 2024. Please check the allotted number to each Oral and Poster.
  • The Presenting author must be register to participate.
  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (pr_tri2024@c-linkage.co.jp) in writing as soon as possible.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES (*AFTER ACCEPTANCE)
