Online Registration
Hybrid Meeting
The 57th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Pediatric Cardiology (JSPCCS) and the 16th Three-Country Pediatric Heart Forum with Asian-Pacific Symposium 2021 (Three-Country Forum) were decided to be held by Hybrid format (onsite and online), from Friday, July 9th to Sunday, July 11th, 2021.
Most of all sessions will be live-streamed for online participants during the meeting.
Additionally, sessions will be delivered on demand after the meeting; from end of July to the end of August (tentative).
Please be advised that all participants need to complete online registration in advance.

Online Registration Procedure

When registration is successfully completed, a notification email will be sent automatically to participant with the registered data.
We do not accept Registration by telephone, fax or email.
Payment
Only credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club) is acceptable for online registration.
Cancellation / Refund
No refund for cancellation after completion of registration.
Receipt / Certification
You can download your receipt and certificate of attendance from your “My page”.
