The presentation time is 12 minutes. (9 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A)

  1. Please bring your PC or presentation data to the PC Center (2F Foyer, Sendai International Center) at least 60 minutes prior to your presentation and be seated in the session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins
  2. If you use Macintosh, or your presentation data includes videos, please bring your own PC.
  3. The leading presenter is requested to disclose any COI with companies and associations related to the presentation/lecture as the second slide of your presentation following the first title/author slide.

Instructions for those who bring their own PC

  1. Please bring an AC adaptor and VGA connector (mini D-sub 15 pin).
  2. Please cancel your screen saver and power saving settings in advance.
  3. Please bring a backup of your data by USB memory stick.
  4. After your presentation, please pick up your PC at the operator’s desk.

Instructions for those who bring the PC media (Windows only)

  1. The only USB memory stick is available to bring in your presentation data.
  2. PCs with Windows 7 and MS PowerPoint 2007/2010/2013 are to be used.
  3. The monitor size is XGA (1024 x 768).
  4. Please use only standard OS fonts.
  5. To avoid the possible spread of computer viruses, always scan your presentation files beforehand with updated anti-virus software.
    After saving your presentation file on the appropriate PC media, run a test on another PC to make sure it works normally.
  6. The copied data for your presentation will be deleted by the secretariat after the meeting.
