Poster Award

Outstanding posters will be awarded the Poster Award.
The Scientific Committees will select some posters from all of submitted abstract to be presented for a few minutes during the Poster Viewing session in the Joint Symposium. Then the chairs will select the best poster based on scientific excellence of the abstract and on the presentation of this information on the poster.

Guidelines for Poster Presenter

  1. For poster size, we recommend 90 cm (width) x 160 cm (height). Leave 20 x 20 cm blank in the top left corner of the poster for the poster number which will be provided by the secretariat.
    The poster room is located in Kawauci Hagi Hall 2nd floor Meeting room.
  2. Pushpins will be supplied by the secretariat at the poster board.
  3. Please remove your poster during the time of removal.
    If your poster are still displaying, it will be discarded by the secretariat.
