Participants wishing to make pre-registration should apply online registration during the pre-registration period.

- Receipt of pre-registration fee will be distributed at the conference venue.
Confirmation
After you complete on-line registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically. If no response has been made within 24 hours, please contact the JTB Kyushu MICE Center.
Your reservation would be completed upon receipt of your registration and verifying your payment.
Cancellation & Condition
Once you completed your registration and the payment, any cancellation and refund are not be accepted.
