In this one day workshop, attendees will learn how to use cardiovascular CT with a focus on annular sizing, device selection, and reduction in complications. Expert faculty will present cases and give opportunity to manipulate the data on workstations.

Payment Method

Payment of the registration fee should be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Credit Card

• Please make the payment by credit card if you register at Special Rate.
• Payment by credit card is available through the online registration system.
• VISA, MasterCard or JCB is accepted.

Bank Transfer

• The payment should be completed by the deadline of registration.
  - by March 15, 2017 April 20, 2017 for Early Registration
  - by May 15, 2017 for Standard Registration
• Remitter's name should be the same as the registrant's one.
• Bank fees are supposed to be paid by remitters.

Cancellations

• Cancellation must be notified to the Cogress Secretariat by email.
• All refunds will be made after the Congress.
• Bank service fees for refund will be deducted from the paid registration fee.

Cancellation by March 1, 2017 April 10, 2017		: Full Refund
Cancellation by April 25, 2017		: 50% Refund
Cancellation after April 25, 2017		: No Refund
