General Information for Precongress workshop
Precongress workshop will be held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.
To participate in the Precongress workshop, please read the following information and register from the registration system.
- The deadline for advance registration is scheduled for August. Registration will be closed when the maximum number of participants is reached before the deadline. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the session will be cancelled. In such a case, the participation fee will be refunded.
- For registration for Precongress workshop, overseas participants will be given priority. Registration for Japanese participants will be announced at a later date.
- Please note that once you have applied for a program, including free-of-charge sessions, you will not be able to cancel it.
