Convention Linkage is a group of professionals specialising in communications and international relations.
We are involved in every area of the MICE industry, including medical and academic conferences, performing arts events (such as music, theatre, and variety shows), major sporting events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
We have extensive experience in organising high-profile events such as the G7 and G20 summits, as well as UN and government conferences.

Our Works

IPNA2027 (21st Congress of the International Pediatric Association), for which we provided comprehensive support, from the planning and production of the bid paper to the bid presentation, has been selected for JNTO's FY2025 "International Conference Bid and Hosting Contribution Award" (International Conference Bid Category).
Preparations are currently underway for the event, which is scheduled for March 2027.
The Japan-U.S. Summit Meeting was held on October 28, 2025 in Tokyo.

The 25th Summer Deaflympics Tokyo 2025 was held from November 15 to 26 at the Tokyo Gymnasium and other facilities, with athletes from 79 countries and regions competing in 21 different events.
268 Japanese athletes participated in all the events, and received a record-breaking number of total metals with 16 gold medals, 12 silver medals, and 23 bronze medals.
We pay our deepest respect to the athletes for their efforts and achievements.

The Indo-Pacific Military Health Exchange 2025 was held from December 2 (Tues) to December 5 (Fri), 2025 at Pacifico Yokohama North.
It was the first conference in the series held in Japan, with over 1,000 participants from 22 countries in the Indo-Pacific region. It was a great success.
WorldSkills Asia Taipei 2025 was held from November 27 to November 29 in Taipei, Taiwan, with 290 athletes from 28 countries and regions, including those outside of Asia, competing in 36 events relating to their fields. There were 21 Japanese participants from 20 different work fields, and they won a total of 11 medals. (3 gold, 4 silver, and 4 bronze.)
We appreciate the hard work put in by the athletes and their achievements.
The Photonics and Electromagnetics Research Symposium 2025 (PIERS 2025 Chiba) was held at Makuhari Messe from November 5 to November 9.
The opening ceremony was honored by the presence of His Majesty the Emperor and concluded in great success.
