Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Sta. (Yurikamome line) is the nearest station. Also, Tokyo Teleport Sta. (Rinkai line) is available to get to the conference site.
From Haneda Airport (HND): Take Limousine bus to get to the Grand Nikko.
From Narita Airport (NRT): Take Keisei Narita Sky Access line to Shimbashi Station, then take Yurikamome line.

Grand Nikko and Hilton are the walking distance (about 10 minutes walk) to the conference site.
Near the Tokyo Big Site area, several hotels are recommended such as Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington hotel, Double Tree Tokyo Ariake, Villa Fontaine Grand Ariake, and Far East Village hotel.
Near the Shimbashi Station in downtown, there are many choices of hotels, such as Villa Fontaine Grand, Loyal Park Hotel, Intercontinental Tokyo Bay, and Azur Hotels Takeshiba.
