  本カンファレンスへ参加された方は、一般社団法人日本脳卒中学会の専門医単位が付与されます。
  会期中、視聴サイトよりダウンロード可能となる「参加証」「領収書」データを保管いただき、
  専門医資格更新の際に、日本脳卒中学会事務局へ更新書類と一緒にコピーをご提出ください。
• 日本神経学会 専門医単位：3単位
  本カンファレンスへ参加された方は、一般社団法人日本神経学会の専門医単位が付与されます。
  単位申請を希望される方は、会期中に視聴サイトにて日本神経学会の会員番号をご登録ください。
  （会員番号以外の番号の記載をされますと、単位付与がされませんのでお気を付けください）
  運営事務局にて取りまとめ、日本神経学会事務局へ申請いたします。

No refunds will be available for cancellations.

Confirmation

The registration will be completed after you pay the registration fee, and the confirmation of registration will be sent automatically by e-mail.

It will be informed one month before the conference by e-mail that the issuance of participation certificate and receipt, and how to participate online.
