Research interests:

My research interests are clinical neuroanesthesia and cerebral protection, mainly focused on brain ischemia monitoring and IONM. I have published over 180 papers and book chapters in English and in Chinese, providing valuable insights to the neuroanesthesia community, based on our huge neurosurgical experience. My hospital, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University is one of the three largest neurosurgery and neurology research centers in the world. We are the officially designated China National Clinical Research Center of Neurological Disease. Annual hospital visits are over 1.4 million and annual neurosurgeries and neurointerventional procedures performed in the hospital exceed 20,000.
