Payment Method
Payment of the fee should be made only by credit card through the online registration system.
- VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
Cancellations
- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by email.
- All refunds will be made after the conference.
- Bank service fees for refund will be deducted from the paid registration fee.

Visa and passport
Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals in their countries. Please consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether or not a visa is required. It could sometimes take more than a month to obtain a visa. The Secretariat can issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents upon request to those who need a visa.
Please download and fill in the form "VISA Questionnaire" and send it to the secretariat by e-mail at jsmrm46@c-linkage.co.jp.
Notes:
- 1) A letter of invitation will be issued after registration and payment are confirmed.
- 2) The letter of invitation for VISA application does not provide any financial support.
- 3) Participants must bear all expenses related to obtaining a visa.
Insurance
The organizing committee does not assume any responsibility for accidents or damage to the private property of participants. We recommend making arrangements for health insurance or any other necessary insurance(s) by yourself.
