The 31st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Clinical Microbiology will be held Friday January 31, through Sunday, February 2, 2020, in Kanazawa, Japan. The goal of the JSCM annual meeting is to present the best new scientific research in all areas of microbiology.
ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
The abstract submission deadline is
Thursday, August 29, 2019.
Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent to the presenting author in the end of November 2019 by email; consequently, an accurate email address is critical. If you have not received an email notification by the end of November, 2019, please contact us.
Please structure your abstract with headings: objective, methods, results and conclusions. Tables and charts are not available.
The abstract text may not be longer than a maximum of 170 words (1,200 characters) in English.
Please fill out all the necessary parts of attached form (Appendix) and send it with your abstract by e-mail (jscm2020@c-linkage.co.jp)
COI (Conflict of Interest) Disclosure
The 31st Annual Meeting of Japanese Society for Clinical Microbiology requires all presenters (oral, poster) to disclose COI related to their topics. Please list any financial relations with commercial interests and to place a slide at the beginning of the oral presentation or at the end of the poster presentation. If there is nothing to disclose, presenters are also required to place a slide or a poster to demonstrate nothing to disclose. Category and condition to be disclosed of the personal financial interests are as per attached JSCM of COI Guidelines.
