Registration Fees

All fees are given in Japanese Yen (JPY).

* In this table, trainee refers to medical students and interns in Korea, and to medical students and junior residents (Rinsho Kenshui/Shoki Kenshui) in Japan. Delegate refers to all other physicians, including residents in Korea and senior residents (Senkoi/Koki Kenshui) in Japan.

* Trainees must upload Certificate of Employment at the time of registration. The template can be downloaded from the link below.

If you wish to register accompanying persons, please include them during your registration.

Online Registration Procedure

Registration must be submitted via the online registration system. Registration by telephone, fax, or email will not be accepted.
Please read the following (1) Payment Methods and (2) Important Notes, then click the [Register] button at the bottom of this page and enter the required information.

1. Payment
   • Payment must be made by credit card in Japanese yen (JPY), and payable by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, or Diners Club.
   • Registration is complete upon payment of the registration fee (by credit card).
   • Please note that your credit card statement will show the name of the secretariat office, "Convention Linkage Inc.", not the name of the conference.
2. Important Notes
   • After registering, a registration completion email will be sent automatically to your email with the information you entered. If you do not receive a registration completion email within 2-3 days, please contact the secretariat
     (reg-jkjm2026@c-linkage.co.jp).
   • The personal information we receive will be used for the purposes of carrying out tasks related to the operation of the 20th Japan-Korea Joint Meeting of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (JKJM 2026) in accordance with the "Handling of Personal Information" of our company (Convention Linkage Inc.), which has been entrusted with handling personal information by the JKJM 2026. After the tasks have been completed, we will delete the information responsibly.
   • Please register well in advance as there may be a high volume of access just before the deadline, which may cause problems with registration.
   • Multiple registrations using the same email are not permitted.
   • When registering, please use your personal email, not a shared email address.
   • Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted after registration is completed.
   • Please be careful not to register twice.

Cancel and Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been completed.

Receipts and Registration Details

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the JKJM2026 Secretariat with the subject: “JKJM2026 Registration Confirmation.”
This email will contain your login credentials for your personal “My Page” where you can

• View your registration details.　
• Add the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner to your registration.
• Download and print your receipt.
• View the Abstract Book (PDF) (available at a later date).

*Please note that receipts for the Gala Dinner and the registration fee will be issued separately. Additionally, you can also register for the Gala Dinner separately.
