If you are the lead presenter of an open call or general abstract, please make sure to complete the admission procedure before the conference and register as a member status in advance.
For honorary members, we will send invitation individually, so there is no need to register online in advance.

How to proceed with the registration
- Online registration is required.
- Please click on the registration button below and fill in the required information on the registration page.
- Membership numbers are necessary for the registration for JCA members. When you need to confirm your membership number, please contact the Congress secretariat by email.
- If you wish to register as a graduate or undergraduate student, please upload the image data (JPEG, GIF, PNG or PDF) of your student ID when you make the online procedure.
- You can download your receipt, name badge, and participation certificate from “My Page”.
- Receipts can be issued after the payment is confirmed. Since the receipt can only be issued once, please keep it in a safe place.
- Your name badge and participation certificate will also be available from “My Page” in September.
- Please print out your name badge on A4 size paper and bring it to the venue. Straps will be distributed at the venue.
Payment method and Cancel Policy
- We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club) only. We cannot accept payment other than online credit card payment.
- Please note that the credit card transaction will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc., and not under the name of the Association.
- Please note that we will not accept any cancellations. Registration fee will not be refundable under any circumstances.
