The 26th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine
Chair: Shoichi Yamagishi
Chief Professor, Division of Diabetes, Metabolism and Endocrinology, Department of Medicine, Showa Medical University

It is with great honor that we announce the 26th Annual Congress of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine, which will be held over three days from Friday, June 26 to Sunday, June 28, 2026, at PACIFICO Yokohama North. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those whose generous support and cooperation have made this congress possible.

The theme of this congress is: "Anti-Aging Medicine in the Anthropocene: Integrative Medicine through Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, and Aesthetics.

"The "Anthropocene" refers to a new epoch in which human activities exert a significant impact on the Earth’s environment and society. In this era, anti-aging medicine should not be understood merely as the preservation of youth, but rather as the pursuit of integrated health, encompassing sustainable lifestyles, coexistence with the environment, and harmony with society.

Fundamental elements of daily life—such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, and aesthetics—not only support individual health but should also be scientifically evaluated and utilized as medical resources. At this congress, we will examine these elements from the perspective of integrative medicine and engage in multifaceted discussions that connect prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and support for daily living.

In this age of the 100-year lifespan, we hope this congress will serve as a forum for collective reflection on how medicine and society can work together to create a future in which each individual can age in a healthy and fulfilling manner, true to themselves.

We sincerely look forward to welcoming many of you to this congress.
