*Student participants are required to submit a copy of student ID card or a letter of recommendatin from their supervisor.
Please submit it to the ASMRM＆J-mit 2019 Secretariat (asmrm16-jmit19@c-linkage.co.jp) by e-mail after completing pre-registration.
Participants wishing to make pre-registration should apply online registration during the pre-registration period.
