Visa Application

All participants should be very careful about VISA requirements and should make travel plan in advance enough. Please refer to the recent status on the VISA waiver program from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA).

Without a legal visa, participants from required countries such as China may be denied entry into Japan. Please contact your nearest Japanese embassy in order to ensure entry.

Notice that the Organizing Committee of 7th Japan-China-Korea Grassland Conference issues the invitation letters and supports the VISA applications for officially registered participants.
In some cases it may take one month to obtain a legal visa.

Kindly ask you to contact together to the Organizing Committee with your colleagues and students in same organization to avoid our load.
