Registration for participation

Attendees must register online to participate on-site and to watch live and on-demand streams on the website. Please register before the following deadlines. *Attendees may also register on-site during the event. Cash payments will not be accepted on-site, so please complete all payments online. Attendees are encouraged to register online as far in advance as possible as the reception desk may be crowded during the event period.

Registration Deadlines

Early Registration: Until 23:59 on Tuesday, September 15, 2026
Regular/on-site Registration: From Wednesday, September 16 to Friday, December 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Registration Fee

The registration fee includes fees for ASMRM 2026, which will be held at the same time.
By registering for this meeting, you are also eligible to attend ASMRM 2026 (on-site only).

Payment of Registration Fee

Payment can only be made by credit card through the online registration system. *The following credit cards are accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club *Cards that can only be used for revolving (multiple installment) payments are not accepted.
Please use a card that allows payments to be made in a single installment.

Program & Abstracts

The program and abstracts from this meeting will be made available to attendees as follows:
Program Book: 
A printed program book will be distributed at the on-site registration desk.
Abstracts: 
The abstract PDF will be made available on the official conference website prior to the meeting. Please note that no printed abstract booklets will be produced.
If you would like to purchase an additional copy of the printed program book for the 54th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (JSMRM 2026), it will be available at the venue for JPY 2,200 per copy.
The contents of the abstracts will also be accessible via the conference website and mobile app. Further details will be announced on the official website in due course.

Points to Note for Registration

• After registering online, an email confirming the completion of your registration will be sent automatically. If you do not receive this email in one hour, your registered email address may be incorrect or the registration process may not be complete. If this is the case, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email.
• The confirmation email will include your login ID and password to view the website. Please keep this information in a safe place.
• Please go to “My Page” on the streaming site to check your registration details and download your certificate of participation and receipt.
• Cancellations will not be accepted after registration is complete. Please note that no refunds will be made once payment has been received, so be sure to avoid duplicate registrations.
• Participants who will be attending the meeting on-site should present the registration email or certificate of attendance, which can be downloaded from the website, at the registration desk. You will receive your nametag and a copy of the program at that time.
