Call for Abstracts

JSMRM2026 Organizing Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts so that the most updated research works and interesting cases around the world can be shared.
Abstract submissions should be made through the online abstract submission system on this website.

Abstract Submission Period

Monday, April 27, 2026 – 12:00 JST on Friday, June 19, 2026

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

1. Abstract Text and Structure
   Abstract should be written in English.
   Title of the abstract should be within150 characters.
   Main text should be within 300 words with up to 2 images.
   Abstract should be divided into succinct sections for 1. Objective/background 2. Method 3. Result 4. Conclusion.
2. Presentation Styles
   There are 2 types of presentation styles;
   Oral Presentation
   Poster Presentation
   The final decisions on your presentation style will be made by the Organizing Committee.
3. Notification of Acceptance
   Program Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submitted abstracts.
   Acceptance results will be posted on the website around mid-August 2026.
