Application Method
Applications for sponsorship must be submitted online through the Sponsorship Application System operated by the Sponsorship Office (Convention Linkage, Inc.).

After official registration, cancellations will not be accepted unless determined unavoidable by the organizers.
Applicants may not transfer, lend, or exchange seminar slots, exhibition booths, or advertisement spaces—whether in whole or in part—to third parties without permission from the Secretariat.
If you agree to the above, please proceed to applicant registration via the “Sponsorship Application System Login Page” button located at the bottom center of this page.
Application Process
1. Registration of Applicant Information
If this is your first time using the system, you must register your information. Click the “Sponsorship Application System” button to access the login page, then click “新規登録 New Registration” at the bottom of the page.
A registration completion notice will be sent to your email.
2. Login to the Sponsorship Application System
Access the login page via the “Sponsorship Application System” button, then log in using your registered User ID and password.
3. Submitting Applications
After logging in, select your desired sponsorship category by clicking “新規登録 New Registration” fill in the required information, and submit.
A confirmation email will be sent once your application is complete.
4. Notes on Registration
If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registered email address may be incorrect, or the email may have been filtered into your spam folder. Please check accordingly.
5. Determination of Sponsorship Allocations
After the application deadline, the Secretariat will notify you of the final decisions. Please understand that your request may not be granted due to overlapping applications or other reasons.
6. Issuance of Invoices
After sponsorship allocations are finalized, invoices will be sent via email you provided.
7. Purpose of Personal Information Use
Personal information such as names and email addresses will be used solely for matters related to the sponsorship application, including invoices, receipts, and communications. No personal information will be disclosed to third parties.
8. Sponsorship Application System
For first-time users, please click “新規登録 New Registration” to register your information.
If you already have a User ID and password, please log in to proceed to the sponsorship application page.
