Call for Abstracts
Abstract Submission Period
April 15 – June 10, 2026 (JST)

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Language: English
- Presentation Type: Oral or Poster
- Word limit for an abstract: 300 words
- Categories:
01 Head and neck 02 Pharyngology 03 Otology 04 Laryngology 05 Rhinology 06 Basic research -Rhinology, otology 07 Basic research -Head and neck, Pharyngology/Laryngology - Other notes:
- Charts and graphics should not be included in the Abstract.
- Presentation type will be either Oral or Poster.
- The final decision regarding presentation type will be made by the president of JKJM2026.
- All accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
Abstract Submission Process
- Please submit your abstract via the online submission system below.
- Fill in the required fields according to the instructions on the screen. Before entering your information, please review the submission guidelines carefully.
- When registering, please select your preferred presentation type (Oral or Poster). Please note that the final assignment is at the discretion of the president of JKJM2026, and your preference may not always be granted.
- Due to space limitations in the program and Abstract Book, a maximum of 10 co-authors (including the first author) can be listed per abstract.
- Completion of Submission
・After completing all required fields, click the "Next" button to proceed to the confirmation screen.
・Review your entry, then click the "Register" button to complete your submission.
・Once submitted, an automated confirmation email containing your registration number will be sent to you.
・Note: If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the Program Secretariat at
pg-jkjm2026@c-linkage.co.jp. - Review and Revision
You can review or revise your submitted information via the URL provided in the confirmation email.
Important Notes:
- Please be aware that apostrophes (‘) or quotation marks (“) may be automatically converted into full-width characters when copying and pasting from a Word document. If your abstract contains these characters, please re-type them directly into the submission form to ensure they display correctly.
Notification of Acceptance
Authors will receive notification of acceptance in July 2026.
Important Notes:
- Presenters are required to pay the registration fee by the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the automatic withdrawal of the presentation from the program.
- Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable once payment has been completed.
