When viewing a video of a lecture (hereinafter referred as to the "Lecture") at the JCA-AACR Precision Cancer Medicine International Conference, including viewing of a simultaneous broadcast of this Lecture by way of web conference system (hereinafter referred as to the "Video"), you shall read the Instructions for viewing the Video carefully and agree to the Terms for viewing the Video.
Instructions for viewing videos
You can view the Video during the period from September 11 (Thur.)- December 31 (Fri.), 2021, Japan Time.
Copyrights (including but not limited to the rights stipulated in Sections 27 and 28 of the Japanese Copyright Act, the same shall apply hereafter) in respect of the Video belongs to the Japanese Cancer Association; provided that the Video may contain the lecturer’ s copyrighted work, and the copyrights in respect of such work may belong to the lecturer.
You can view the Video only after you agree to the protection of the copyrights in respect of the Video, and copyrights and rights of publicity related to the Lecture.
Terms for viewing videos
You must not copy, replicate, edit, videotape, voice record, and transcribe the Video or the content of the lecture (including taking screenshots, photography, downloading and uploading all or part of the Video) without authorization. You must not violate the copyrights or rights of publicity or otherwise infringe on the other rights of others.
You must manage login IDs and passwords and must not disclose or share such information.
You must compensate for any damages caused to the Japanese Cancer Association or the lecturer as a result of the infringement of rights.
Specific Terms for viewing simultaneous broadcasting by way of web conference system
You understand and accept in advance that the simultaneous broadcast by way of web conference system planned for the Lecture may include comments of the person making questions.
You understand and accept in advance that the Lecture, including but not limited to the comments of the person making questions, may be video recorded and voice recorded, edited and processed, and released in the manner of videos or meeting abstracts.
I understand "Instructions for viewing videos" and agree with "Terms for viewing videos" and view this Lecture.
