"Getting Practical with PI-RADS: Learning from Real-World Prostate MRI Cases"

This session aims to help participants build a solid understanding of PI-RADS and gain practical tips that can be applied in daily clinical practice. It is designed for a broad audience — from beginners just starting with prostate MRI to experienced readers looking to refine their interpretation skills.

The session will begin with a lecture by a leading expert in prostate MRI, who will provide a clear and concise overview of PI-RADS, including key concepts and clinical value.

Following the lecture, several real cases will be presented. Attendees will be invited to score the lesions using PI-RADS through a live interactive survey. The responses will be shared in real time, followed by a discussion among expert moderators and commentators. Different perspectives and interpretations will be explored, and audience participation will be encouraged.

「実臨床で活かすPI-RADS 〜前立腺MRI症例から学ぶ〜」

本セッションでは、PI-RADSに関する理解を深め、日々の臨床で役立つ実践的なヒントを得ることを目的としています。前立腺MRIのビギナーから、さらなる精度向上を目指すエキスパートまで、幅広い層を対象とした内容です。

前半では、前立腺MRI領域の第一線で活躍されている講師をお招きし、PI-RADSの基本的な考え方からその有用性まで、わかりやすく解説していただきます。

後半では、実際の症例を供覧し、参加者の皆様にリアルタイムでPI-RADSスコアをつけていただきます。会場で集計された結果をもとに、モデレーターやコメンテーターが判定のポイントや解釈の違いについてディスカッションを行います。参加者からのコメントや質問も大歓迎です。
