- *1: Clinical laboratory technicians, Nurses, Radiographers, Clinical engineers and Pharmacists
- *2: Intern is required to present certification showing they are currently in the internship after graduation from medical school. Failure to do this will be charged the on-site registration fee. Preregistration is not required.
Credits for CVIT board-certified cardiovascular interventionalist system are not approved. - *3: Postgraduate students are not included. Please present your student ID or equivalent documents at the on-site registration desk. Pre-registration is not required.

Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made only with Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).
