Join us at the AOM 2012's Banquet at Glover Garden!

Glover Garden is a place remembered in connection with Puccini's Opera "Madama Butterfly." It is located in the area where foreigners used to settle during Japan's isolationist policy. Nagasaki was the only place where was open to the world during that period. Glover's mansion is the oldest western style wooden house in Japan which was built in 1865.
The night view of Nagasaki Harbor from the garden is one of the three best-night-views in Japan that attract many tourists from all over the world. Additionally, the garden is blessed with full bloom of colorful seasonal flowers throughout the year. This vintage point is a unique mixture of Japanese and western traditions.
Please enjoy a little time travel to the 19th Century.

Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals in their countries.
