The 31st Japan Conference of Radiological Technologists (31JCRT) will be held from November 21st (Saturday) to 23th (Monday) in 2015, at the Kyoto International Conference Center (Takaragaike, Sakyo-ku, Kyoto). 31JCRT is hosted by Japan Association of Radiological Technologists (JART) and Kyoto Association of Radiological Technologists. The conference main theme is “Cooperation with the People of Japan and Medical Professionals to Provide High-Quality Medical Care”, and a sub-theme is “Traditional Cultures and Future”. Educational topics and workshops in 31JCRT will feature more than 25 aspects in the fields of education and radiological technologies. Well-known scientists will be invited for educational lectures, special lectures, keynotes and theme symposia.

To provide a meaningful experience for all of you, we plan to hold the Conference under the main theme of “Cooperation with the People of Japan and Medical Professionals to Provide High-Quality Medical Care,” and a sub-theme of “Traditional Cultures and Future.”

Kyoto is home to 14 World Heritage sites and over 2,000 shrines and temples. In 2013, Japanese cuisine was listed as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO. We hope you will be able to experience this. In addition, this year is the 400th anniversary of the founding of the Rinpa school of Japanese painting, which is the cornerstone of world-class and ultimate beauty and the consciousness of it, and a number of events will be held. A special exhibition of the Rinpa school will be held at the Kyoto National Museum during the period of this Conference, which will surely satisfy your sensibilities.
